We offer four conditions: New (factory sealed), Used (graded A+, A-, AB+, B based on cosmetic condition and battery health), Open Box (display or 14-day return units in original packaging), and Rebuilt (professionally rebuilt, currently for laptops). All devices are fully functional and tested by our QC department.
Every device is manually tested by our specialized QC department using Phone Check and 3U Tool verification plus hands-on inspection. We verify full functionality (screen, buttons, cameras, sensors), verify battery health, and confirm all components are 100% original with no unknown parts alerts. All devices come direct from carriers or insurance companies.
Yes, all our devices are factory unlocked and free of carrier locks, iCloud locks, and FRP (Google account) locks. They are ready to use with any compatible carrier.
We offer a regional warranty valid across Latin America and the Caribbean. New devices carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Used and graded devices include a warranty period. DOA (Dead on Arrival) units are always replaced or credited. Below 3% warranty claim rate.
We have a clear and transparent return process. Report any issues within the warranty period and our team will arrange a replacement or credit. Returns require prior authorization (RMA). Contact your dedicated account manager to initiate a return.
Yes! We provide daily updated stock lists with IMEI numbers, conditions, grades, battery health, and photos upon request. Contact us for current availability.

Orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation. All orders ship from our Miami facility — you arrange your own freight forwarder, or we can recommend trusted logistics partners and help coordinate the process. We can also deliver to your forwarder in the Doral, FL area.
