For quality control and warranty validation purposes, we maintain internal records of device serial numbers and IMEIs associated with your account. These records are used exclusively to validate warranty claims, grading inquiries, and quality-related matters.

Your information is used to support our personalized B2B service model. Instashop24 assigns a dedicated Account Manager who uses your business information to provide quotations, coordinate negotiations, and assist with logistics.

2.2 Logistics Coordination

Shipping and delivery information is shared strictly with your designated cargo company or freight forwarder in Miami for the sole purpose of completing FOB delivery and ensuring proper transfer of goods.

2.3 Operational and Quality Control Purposes

Transaction data, device identification records, and communication history are used internally for accounting, compliance, quality assurance, and warranty support.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

3.1 Confidential Business Relationships

Instashop24 values discretion and confidentiality. We do not publicize our client list, disclose business relationships, or share client data with third-party marketers or unrelated commercial entities.

Instashop24 does not access, retain, or distribute personal data belonging to prior device users.
