Grades by Device Type

Grade definitions vary by device category. Here is what to expect for each product type.

Phones (iPhone)

Used phones are graded A+, A-, AB+, and B as defined above. All grades are 100% functional with OEM parts and verified battery health.

Samsung Exception: All grading criteria apply except battery percentage — Samsung devices do not report this metric.

Tablets

Same grading system as phones: A+, A-, AB+, and B. Each grade follows identical criteria for cosmetic condition, battery health, and original parts.

Laptops (Used)

Sold as a single mixed grade — each lot may include A+, A-, and AB+ units. Every laptop includes a cardboard box and power supply.

Mac

Sold as a single mixed grade — each lot may include A+, A-, and AB+ units. Macs come loose (no box). Power supply sold separately.

Smart Watches

Same grading system as phones: A+, A-, AB+, and B. Each grade follows identical criteria for cosmetic condition and functionality.

OPEN BOX

Mid-Range Phones — Open Box

Original retail box. 90% Grade A, up to 10% Grade B. Tested, 14-day returns. Some may show use signs (screen/frame/back scratches). Accessories may be original or generic, new or used. Some may include manual.

AS IS

Apple AS IS

Direct from Apple in sealed master boxes (20 units per box, by model and color). No warranty. Available in two versions: AS IS (mix of A+ and AB grade) and AS IS+ (all mint condition).

AUCTION

AS IS — Carrier Auction

Direct from carrier auctions. No warranty. Mixed grades (A-, AB+, B). May include unknown parts alerts, batteries below 80%, cracked screens, or units with general functionality issues. Some units may not power on.

These units are sold as-is with no guarantees.

Our Quality Control Process

Every device goes through manual and system testing by our specialized QC department.

All our devices come directly from carriers or insurance companies — not purchased from third parties. Every unit has an unlocked IMEI and is not blacklisted.

Visual Inspection

Thorough examination of screen, body, and all external components by trained technicians.

Manual Testing

Complete manual test of all features: touch, buttons, cameras, speakers, sensors, and connectivity.

Battery & Parts Verification

Battery health verified via Phone Check and 3U Tool — ensuring the same percentage shows in both the system and the device itself. Original components confirmed.

Data Wipe & Grading

Factory reset, iCloud/FRP unlock verification, and final condition grading assignment.
