Terms governing all wholesale transactions with Instashop24.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales transactions conducted by Instashop24. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Identity & Market Scope
1.1 Wholesale Distribution
Instashop24 operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale distributor specializing in the export of consumer electronics. We serve importers, distributors, and retailers, with a primary focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.
1.2 Operational Headquarters
Our headquarters in Miami, Florida functions as an operational and logistics hub. In-person visits are available strictly by appointment, Monday through Wednesday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Thursdays and Fridays are reserved exclusively for logistics and dispatch operations.
2. Account Eligibility & Ordering
2.1 Account Registration
Instashop24 does not publish public price lists. To receive pricing and product availability, prospective clients must complete account registration and be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Pricing and service terms are tailored according to market, volume, and commercial profile.
2.2 Minimum Order Requirements
For first-time clients, a minimum purchase of ten (10) units or USD $5,000, whichever is greater, is required. After the initial transaction, no minimum order quantity applies to established clients.
2.3 Order Processing Standards
Instashop24 prioritizes quality control and inspection procedures over expedited dispatch. Rush, same-day, or accelerated processing requests that may compromise quality assurance protocols are not offered.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing Structure
Instashop24 competes on quality control, product integrity, and service reliability rather than price alone. All pricing is provided directly by the assigned Account Manager and is subject to availability and market fluctuations.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Bank Wire Transfers, Zelle, PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Cards. Flexible local payment arrangements may be negotiated for specific Latin American markets. Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted.
3.3 Payment Confirmation and Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours after confirmed receipt of full payment, subject to stock availability and completion of quality control procedures.
4. Shipping & Logistics — FOB Miami
4.1 Delivery Terms
All sales are conducted under FOB (Free On Board) Miami, Florida, USA terms.
4.2 Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer is solely responsible for selecting and coordinating with the freight forwarder or cargo company, for all shipping costs from Miami to the final destination, and for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once goods are delivered to the designated freight forwarder in Miami.
4.3 Local Delivery to Forwarders
Instashop24 provides complimentary delivery to freight forwarders located within the Doral/Miami area.
4.4 Documentation
Instashop24 provides standard commercial invoices. Any additional export documentation, legalization, or country-specific compliance documentation is the responsibility of the Buyer or the designated freight forwarder.
5. Quality Control & Product Grading
5.1 Dual Quality Control Process
Instashop24 implements a two-tier quality control protocol. First, devices are verified using PhoneCheck diagnostic software. Second, 100% of devices undergo manual physical testing conducted by trained technicians, including verification of Face ID (where applicable), buttons, sensors, cameras, and cosmetic grading.
5.2 Battery and Component Standards
Used devices are verified for battery capacity, typically a minimum of 80% for Grade A or Grade B devices unless otherwise specified. Instashop24 guarantees original components and does not sell devices displaying "Unknown Part" system notifications.
5.3 Product Categories
Devices are clearly categorized as New (Factory Sealed), Used (Tested), Rebuilt (Laptops), or Open Box. Product condition and grading definitions are disclosed at the time of quotation.
6. Warranty & Regional Support
6.1 Regional Warranty Policy
Instashop24 provides regional warranty support tailored to the operational realities of Latin America and the Caribbean. Where feasible, solutions are facilitated locally to minimize complex return logistics to the United States.
6.2 Warranty Claims
Historically, our warranty claim rate remains below one percent (1%). In the event of a suspected defect, the Buyer must notify their assigned Account Manager immediately and provide supporting documentation, including photos, videos, and diagnostic reports where applicable.
6.3 Return Conditions
Returns are subject to prior written authorization. Returns based on buyer preference, change of mind, resale performance, or market conditions are not accepted. Instashop24 is not responsible for damage caused by third-party freight forwarders or during international transit after FOB transfer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Instashop24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from resale performance, market fluctuations, customs delays, regulatory issues in the destination country, or third-party logistics providers.
8. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
