• Please use this form to report Functional Defects ONLY. For any other type of concerns regarding your order, contact the sales representative assigned to your account.

Please revise the following list (anything listed here will NOT be approved for warranty) 

• DOA (reported after three days of shippment) 
• White spots on screen 
• Battery health percentage 
• True tone 
• Generic LCD 
• Broken Screen/ Back glass 
• Speaker functionality 

Please keep in mind these are USED phones & for that matter some defects listed here can not be accepted as a valid return reason.

• Reminder that all warranty claims must be reported in the 30-day period from invoice date. Returns must be sent within 30 days of reporting the warranty. Any Item returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer
